Update your sound card drivers to the latest. Below are support website references for some common brands for audio add-in cards and /or motherboard manufacturers in-case you are relying on onboard audio.

Update your headphone and/or speaker drivers to the latest. Below are support website references for some common brands of headphone and speaker manufacturers.

Make sure that the connections of your audio output devices (headphones, speakers, etc.) are firmly seated/plugged in and/or in the case of wireless devices, that they are fully charged.
Video
If you're experiencing video issues/problems with any of our games, you should first know we focus on the Unity game engine with the Universal renderer so our games are compatible with as many platforms as possible out of the box. For Windows platforms specifically, we target DirectX 11/12. On Mac we target Metal. And on Linux we target Vulkan.
With that in-mind, please review the below before contacting us to rule out any possible causes of your issue(s)/problem(s) outside of the game. Thank you.

Ensure the graphics API is up-to-date:
